Anhui ranks 7th in China by number of STAR-listed firms

Anhui province was home to 140 listed companies as of Monday, ranking 9th in China and 1st in the Central China region, according to Anhui Local Financial Supervision and Administration.

JEE Technology, an intelligent equipment and new energy vehicle part supplier based in Anhui, launched its initial public offering (IPO) on the Shanghai Stock Exchange’s sci-tech innovation board, commonly known as the STAR market, on November 10. It was the 7th company in the province to go public on the market this year.

The number of STAR-listed firms reached 15, bringing the province to the 7th place in the country and 1st in the central region.

Established in 2005, JEE has formed good partnership with automakers like Tesla and Nio.
