Anhui players win two gold medals in national competition

The 2022 Chinese Athletics Championships recently closed at Shangyu Stadium in Zhejiang Province. Anhui player Song Tingting won the women's pole vault championship, and star player Wang Chunyu won the women's 800-meter gold medal.

In the women's pole vault final, Song Tingting, the Zhejiang star pole-vaulter Li Ling and another Anhui player Niu Chunge all achieved a height of 4.3 meters. However, Song Tingting succeeded in her first attempt at the height of 4.30 meters, so she won the championship, Li Ling ranked second, and Niu Chunge won the third place. In addition, Anhui player Wang Chunyu won the women's 800m gold medal with a time of 2:04.79.

The 2022 Chinese Athletics Championships set up all Olympic events except race walking and marathon, with 21 male and female events each and one mixed male and female event, totaling 43 events. Among them are the popular 100-meter dash, 4 × 100-meter relays, long jump, pole vault, javelin and other events.
