According to the Department of Agriculture and Rural Areas of Anhui, with the consent of the CPC Anhui Provincial Committee and the provincial government of Anhui, the office of the rural work leading group of CPC Anhui Provincial Committee recently approved a list of 767 villages of 2021's provincial-level "beautiful countryside" building project. According to the regulations, the construction of central villages in beautiful villages should establish a domestic waste collection, transportation and disposal system, consolidate and improve the safety of drinking water, and expand the coverage of tap water use in rural areas. We will improve the environment in front of and behind the house, widen and rebuild the main roads leading to the village, and harden the main roads in the village. Strengthen sewage treatment, dredge and dredge rivers, ditches and ponds. The greening of village roads, waterfront, courtyard and village surroundings should be carried out, and simple street lamps should be installed in the main roads and public activity areas of the village. According to the person in charge of the relevant departments of the Provincial Department of agriculture and rural areas, the construction cycle of 767 central villages is 18 months. All localities will conscientiouslyorganize the implementation according to the requirements, and establish and improve the long-term management and protection mechanism according to local conditions, so as to ensure the long-term governance and long-term beauty of beautiful villages. Up to now, the construction of 971 provincial central villages in beautiful villages has been completed in 2019; In 2020, all 798 provincial central villages have started construction, and the construction progress is over 90%.
