The national logistics hub in Hefei is planned to cover a total area of 276.2 hectares with a total investment of 6.94 billion yuan (about US $1.09 billion), with five functional groups including multi-modal railway transport, international logistics services, bulk logistics, integrated supply chain services, and supporting services. More than half of the logistics hub’s development and investment has been completed, and the hub possessed railway transportation, road transportation, warehousing and distribution services, international logistics and other functions, covering fifty international cities in fourteen countries.
