On the evening of August 15th, after a six-month hiatus, the Hefei Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security once again held a special live recruitment event for BYD (Hefei) in the "Community Quick Recruitment" Alipay live streaming room. 
The Hefei Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security continuously innovates and optimizes the employment service model. It has collaborated with third-party human resources service agencies to carry out online recruitment activities for BYD (Hefei) on four major platforms, including the Hefei Human Resources Douyin account, 'Community Quick Recruitment' Alipay mini-program, Alipay Life, etc. These activities aim to build a new bridge for key employers and job-seeking residents, alleviate the "difficulties" in recruitment for enterprises, and solve the "challenges" in employment for residents. At 7 p.m. on the 15th, the live recruitment event for BYD (Hefei) officially started. Through the pre-broadcast announcements and sharing, tens of thousands of job seekers flocked to the live streaming room to watch the event. This live recruitment event featured more than 40 types of positions from BYD's 11th business division, FinDreams Powertrain Co., Ltd., FinDreams Precision, FinDreams Technology, and the logistics department. The recruitment aimed to fill nearly 3,000 positions and mainly targeted groups such as migrant workers under the age of 48 who return to their hometowns, laborers facing employment difficulties, retired soldiers, and college graduates nationwide, with a large employment gap. The live recruitment event lasted for two hours, and the total number of viewers in the live streaming room exceeded 170,000. Over 600 resumes were received, and many job intentions were generated. The event not only met the employment needs of residents but also eased the recruitment difficulties for key enterprises, receiving positive feedback from both companies and job-seeking residents. Previously, the Hefei Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security conducted live recruitment for BYD factory through "Community Quick Recruitment" in the Alipay job live streaming room. During the three live broadcasts, they attracted over 120,000 viewers, with 60% of the applicants coming from other provinces. This expanded BYD's cross-provincial recruitment channels and achieved cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
