Anhui NPC deputies hold plenary meeting

The Anhui delegation to the fourth session of the 13th National People’s Congress (NPC) was formed and held a plenary meeting in Beijing on Thursday afternoon.

Li Jinbin, Party chief of Anhui province, was elected head of the delegation at the meeting.

Governor Wang Qingxian and other senior officials including Deng Xiangyang, Liu Hui, Shen Suli, Xie Guangxiang and Wang Cuifeng were chosen as deputy heads.

At the meeting, the delegation deliberated a draft list of the presidium and secretary general of the fourth session of the 13th NPC and a draft agenda of the session.

In addition, 22 suggestions to be submitted in the name of the delegation were passed.

The fourth session of the 13th NPC is slated to be held from March 5 to 11.
