From September 29 to October 5, the 2024 Hefei International New Energy Vehicle Exhibition is held at the Hefei Binhu International Convention and Exhibition Center and Hefei Luogang Park. In recent years, Hefei has been building itself into a city of international influence for new energy vehicles, with robust export growth. In the first eight months of this year, new energy vehicle exports reached 24,000 units, a year-on-year increase of 3.1 times.

In the new energy vehicle sector, Hefei has leveraged resources from companies like Volkswagen, NIO, JAC, BYD, Changan, and Ankai to integrate the new energy vehicle industry chain, achieving strong production and sales. To support enterprises in exploring new international markets, Hefei has issued the "2024 Hefei 'Anhui Products Goes Global' Overseas Action Plan," focusing on promoting internationally renowned automotive and parts exhibitions abroad and organizing companies to actively participate in these events to help car manufacturers expand their markets and secure orders.

According to statistics, from January to August, Hefei's new energy vehicle exports totaled 4.57 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 2.6 times. In terms of logistics, the efficient operation of China-Europe freight trains provides enterprises with door-to-door, customized services. In the first eight months of this year, a total of 629 China-Europe freight trains were dispatched, including 304 outbound customized trains, marking a year-on-year increase of 12.2%. The foreign trade container throughput at water transport ports reached 249,000 TEUs, up 15.3% year-on-year.
