On July 3, in the production workshop of CRRC Puzhen Alstom Transportation Systems Co., Ltd., a monorail train was "ready to go." The first train manufactured by CRRC Puzhen Alstom for Sao Paulo's Line 15 in Brazil officially rolled off the production line.

It is understood that Sao Paulo boasts the largest and most mature urban rail transit network in South America. Sao Paulo Line 15, which opened in August 2014, is the first straddle-type monorail urban rail transit line in South America. The straddle-type monorail trains provided by CRRC Puzhen Alstom will ensure seamless integration of Line 15 with other lines in the Sao Paulo rail transit network. This will complement high-capacity metro systems and regional railways, fully leveraging the advantages of medium-capacity rail transit systems in the urban public transportation network.

In 2014, CRRC Puzhen Alstom settled in the Wuhu Economic and Technological Development Zone. Over the past decade, the Wuhu Economic and Technological Development Zone and CRRC Puzhen Alstom have worked together to develop Wuhu's rail transit equipment industry. They have built it from scratch and continuously improved its quality. A preliminary industrial cluster has been formed, led by the rubber-tired rail transit transportation system equipment manufacturing project. This cluster covers technology research and development, survey and design, engineering construction, operation and maintenance, making it the world's largest rubber-tired rail transit equipment manufacturing base.
