On April 27th, as the May Day Golden Week approached, the first "International Visitor Friendly Scenic Spot" collaborative project was launched in Huangshan, China. This project aims to provide more convenient digital services and experiences for domestic and international tourists through the upgrading of payment systems, digital red packet codes, and translation guides. By utilizing various digital capabilities, this initiative promotes the development of the cultural and tourism industry and supports Anhui Province's high-level opening-up to the outside world.

Regarding QR code payments, inbound visitors have two recommended payment options offered by Alipay. The first option is "Foreign Card Binding": After downloading the Alipay app, visitors from nearly 200 countries and regions can register using their phone number, email, or Apple ID. They can bind and use international bank cards such as Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Discover®, and DinersClubInternational®. The second option is "Foreign Wallet Usage in China": Users of 11 overseas wallets from 8 countries and regions can directly scan QR codes at merchants for payment. These wallets include AlipayHK (Hong Kong SAR, China), Touch'nGoeWallet (Malaysia), KakaoPay (South Korea), MPay (Macau SAR, China), HiPay (Mongolia), ChangiPay (Singapore), OCBC Bank (Singapore), NaverPay (South Korea), TossPay (South Korea), TrueMoney (Thailand), and NayaPay (Pakistan), among others.

Currently, QR code payment services cover various scenes in Huangshan, including online taxi-hailing, public transportation, shared bicycles, dining, supermarkets, accommodation, and tourist attractions. Inbound tourists can enjoy smooth transactions and experiences, just like local residents, without any obstacles.

Jabal, a young man from Iraq who traveled to Huangshan, discovered that from the high-speed rail station to the Huangshan scenic area, and throughout transportation, ticketing, and shopping in the area, he could conveniently make payments and purchases. He enthusiastically expressed that it was "very convenient" and recommended more friends to experience the beauty of China in Huangshan.
