To further optimize the business environment and improve the efficiency of ship operation and inspection for ships registered in Anhui in the Yangtze River Delta region, on March 12, the Anhui Provincial Maritime (Port) Administration Service Center explored new cooperative measures to expand services for the people under the pilot mechanism for mutual recognition of ship inspections in the Yangtze River Delta. It jointly completed the safety inspection and ship operation inspection of the "Jiexiang 1688" ship in port with the Shanghai Maritime Safety Administration, receiving high praise from the shipowner.

The Shanghai workstation of the Anhui Provincial Maritime (Port) Administration Service Center took the initiative to coordinate with the Shanghai Chongming Maritime Safety Inspection Center. Surveyors and safety inspectors boarded the ship at the same time to conduct ship inspections and maritime safety inspections respectively. The inspection personnel conducted on-site technical exchanges on the condition of the ship, achieving a "co-diagnosis" on the same vessel, saving economic and time costs for the shipowner.
