Xi to attend climate summit via video link at Biden's invitation

President Xi Jinping will attend the Leaders Summit on Climatevia video link and deliver an important speech at the invitation of US President Joe Biden, Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Hua Chunying announced on Wednesday.
