Think tank union formed in Yangtze River Delta

Eight think tank institutes in Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Anhui in China teamed up to form the Yangtze River Delta High-End Think Tank Union, aiming to contribute to the high-quality integrated development of the region, according to a People’s Daily report on Friday.

The institutes include Economic Research Institute of Anhui Province, Strategy and Development Research Center of Jiangsu Province, Center for Yangtze River Delta and Economic Belt Research, and Yangtze River Delta Region Institute of Tsinghua University, Zhejiang.

The union will hold a forum as a platform for exchanges, cooperation and dialogue among policymakers, scholars and entrepreneurs to offer suggestions for promoting the high-quality integrated development of the region.
