HEFEI, Sept. 8 (Xinhua) -- "Shaiqiu" is a time-honored practice prevalent in many Chinese villages during harvest time in autumn, as farmers put agricultural produce such as corns and chili peppers in bamboo baskets to sun-dry them. Chengkan Village in Huangshan City, east China's Anhui Province was built in the Eastern Han Dynasty (25-220) and has a history of more than 1,800 years. Follow Xinhua correspondent to have a glimpse of the rural tradition "shaiqiu" in Chengkan Village.
