Harvest Festival, Crab Festival held in Wuhe

The 3rd Chinese Farmers' Harvest Festival and the 3rd Wuhe Crab Festival were jointly celebrated in Tuohu Lake Wetland Park in Wuhe county, East China’s Anhui province, on Tuesday.

The celebrations began with folk songs and dances, showing local customs and expressing local farmers' joy at this year’s harvest.

King and queen crab competitions were held at the events. A 460g male crab was crowned King Crab, while a female crab weighing 330g won the title of Queen Crab.

The festivals also featured a crab fishing activity.
