The library is located in the southwest corner of Swan Lake. The
total construction area is 65790 square meters. There are 42972 square
meters on the ground and 22818 square meters underground. After completion, the library will collect 4.5 million books and have 3000 seats. The design concept is to create an open and modern library using
glass curtain walls, sinking squares, large sloping steps and two-layer
