Anhui Province makes every effort to ensure the storage of autumn grain

At present, the autumn grain storage work in our province has been fully launched, turning the "good harvest" planted by farmers into a "good income", and making every effort to ensure that the autumn grain is stored in the warehouse.

Before the start of autumn grain acquisition this year, our province has arranged and deployed cities and counties to prepare sufficient storage capacity and funds in advance according to local grain output and commodity volume, so as to ensure that there are grain warehouses for collection, funds for collection, and vehicles for transportation. According to statistics, the province has prepared 30 billion kilograms of empty grain storage capacity for rice acquisition, including 15 billion kilograms for state-owned grain enterprises; Anhui Branch of the Agricultural Development Bank has prepared 20 billion yuan of acquisition funds to meet the needs of autumn grain acquisition this year. At the same time, our province will continue to give full play to the role of provincial grain market-oriented acquisition credit guarantee fund, and support grain trading, processing and other enterprises to carry out market-oriented acquisition.

Our province requires each storage and collection point to publicize the acquisition price and quality standards at conspicuous locations on the acquisition site, so that standards are posted, prices are displayed on the wall, and samples are placed in cabinets. Good work should be done in terms of consultation and explanation, sign setting, unloading guidance, account settlement, etc. At the same time, take advantage of the "Intelligent Wanliang" information system, mobile apps, small programs, official accounts, etc. to carry out appointment-based acquisition, avoid farmers gathering to sell grain in large numbers.

Reporters learned from the Provincial Grain and Material Reserve Bureau that in response to emergencies that may arise during the acquisition, contingency plans have been formulated. During the acquisition period, a linkage mechanism for storage and collection at the provincial, city, and county levels will be established to facilitate communication, strengthen market monitoring and early warning, and implement a "daily report" system to timely grasp market prices, acquisition progress, and other information.
