New energy vehicle exports have grown rapidly According to customs statistics, in the first five months of this year, Anhui Province exported 7,128 new energy vehicles, an increase of 148.1% compared to the same period last year. The export value reached 1.05 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 228.9%. The average export price per vehicle was 147,000 yuan, a year-on-year increase of 32.6%. In terms of trading partners, the European Union, Latin America, and North America were the main trading partners. Lithium battery exports are accelerating In addition to complete vehicles, lithium batteries, as supporting products, are also a major focus of exports. According to customs statistics, in the first five months of this year, Anhui Province exported lithium batteries worth 5.72 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 214.9%, accounting for 1.8% of the total export value of Anhui Province during the same period. The European and American regions are the main trading partners. In addition, exports to countries along the Belt and Road reached 890 million yuan, an increase of 103.1%, accounting for 15.5%. Photovoltaic industry becomes a highlight of foreign trade According to customs statistics, in the first five months of this year, Anhui Province exported photovoltaic products worth 11.19 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 26.4%, accounting for 5.4% of the total export value of Anhui Province during the same period. Among them, private enterprises exported photovoltaic products worth 11.18 billion yuan, accounting for 99.9% of the total export volume. Looking ahead, high-tech, high-value-added, and green transformation-leading products will become the new growth points for exports. It is expected that the export of the "Three New Products" still has room for growth and will become an important new driving force for export growth.
