Anhui to Enrich Tourism Products in 2017

Anhui will speed up the supply-side reform in tourism industry, actively form region-based tourism layout and make tourism industry the pillar industry of Anhui, according to Anhui Provincial Tourism Conference held from Feb. 13 to 14.

In 2017, Anhui will advance the development of tourism industry by carrying out“ 5 Batches”projects. Anhui will build a batch of fine scenic areas; build a batch of fine tourism routes and enrich tourism products of 10 tourism routes in South Anhui; develop a batch of new tourism forms and strive for the approval for tourism bases of poverty alleviation in Bozhou and Mt. Dabie; select 10 provincial tourism projects and develop a batch of tourism products with characteristics and publicize 100 Anhui fine tourism commodities.

In addition, Anhui will foster a batch of leading enterprises in tourism and form a catalog for key tourism enterprises and conduct research on how to make tourism enterprises bigger and stronger.
