A non-stop flight linking Hefei, capital of East China’s Anhui province, and Hong Kong will open on October 28, according to the Anhui branch of China Eastern Airlines.
The flight, the first of its kind, will ply between the two cities four times on a weekly basis from October 28 to March 28, 2020. It will be operated every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
Coded MU769, the flight leaves Hefei at 12:00 am and reaches Hong Kong at 2:55 pm. The returned flight, coded MU770, departs Hong Kong at 3:55 pm and arrives in Hefei at 6:05 pm.
Discounted tickets, priced at 400 yuan ($56.2) for a round trip (excluding tax), will be available, the airlines said.
