Chizhou-Huangshan High-speed Railway entered joint commissioning and trial stage

On the morning of January 15th, with the departure of the first test train from Huangshan North Station, the Chizhou-Huangshan High-speed Railway officially entered the joint commissioning and trial stage. It is expected to complete the joint commissioning and trial by March this year and be ready for operation in the first half of the year.

According to reports, joint commissioning and trial is a comprehensive test conducted using test trains and testing equipment after the completion of static acceptance of the project. It serves as a comprehensive inspection of the railway line to ensure safe and efficient operation after the opening of the high-speed railway. During the joint commissioning and trial period, several tests will be conducted.

The Chizhou-Huangshan High-speed Railway starts from Chizhou Station and passes through Guichi District and Qingyang County in Chizhou City, Huangshan City's Huangshan District and Yixian County, ending at Yixian East Station. The main line is approximately 125 kilometers long with a designed speed of 350 kilometers per hour. There are four stations along the line: Chizhou, Jiuhua Mountain, Huangshan West, and Yixian East. After the completion and operation of the project, it will become a golden tourist route connecting the core scenic spots of "Two Mountains and One Lake" (Jiuhua Mountain, Huangshan Mountain, Taiping Lake) in southern Anhui, which is of great significance for improving the regional railway network layout and accelerating the construction of the International Cultural Tourism Demonstration Zone in southern Anhui.
