Hefei Metro Line 4 passes safe operation assessment

Before the initial operation of Hefei Metro Line 4 project, it passed the highest safety assessment, which means the project has met the condition of initial passenger operation, according to the safety assessment conference held on Monday.

The meeting was hosted by China Academy of Safety Science and Technology, and organized by Hefei Transportation Bureau, inviting 16 experts for safety evaluation.

To ensure the smooth implement of the metro line 4 project, the expert group carried out function verification and linkage test for the whole line 4 system, such as workshop inspection, control center test and Metro Depot test. Meanwhile, based on the files and test reports, a practical and effective communication atmosphere has formed among experts and builders.

Therefore, the Hefei Metro Line 4 project has finally passed the safety assessment before the initial operation, and is qualified for the initial operation of carrying passengers.
