Anhui Provincial Hospital starts COVID-19 vaccination

The First Affiliated Hospital of USTC (Anhui Provincial Hospital), a major hospital in East China’s Anhui province, started inoculating some key groups with COVID-19 vaccines that day, marking the first inoculations of the vaccines at a provincial hospital in Anhui. More than 200 people got vaccinated on the day. The vaccines were given first to priority groups including those engaged in handling imported cold-chain products and those working in port inspection and quarantine. The vaccination program will also cover public transport workers and medical staff in the near future.
