The recent release of the "Anhui Province 'AI+ Everything' Application Action Plan" provides the most direct answer. This is far more than a simple policy document—it is a strategic "battle map" for Anhui to seize the high ground in the application of artificial intelligence. It signals that, in the future of the land of the Jianghuai region, AI will permeate every facet of industry, agriculture, services, and social governance, much like water and electricity. 

Currently, global AI technology is undergoing unprecedented leaps in development. Amidst such intense competition, Anhui's bold proposal of the "AI+ Everything" vision stems from the solid foundation it has built through years of dedicated and meticulous efforts.

Today, Anhui ranks 5th nationwide in AI development evaluations. Behind this remarkable achievement lies robust support across industries, technology, applications, and ecosystems.

In terms of industrial scale, the province now boasts 893 AI enterprises above designated size. In the first three quarters of 2025, these enterprises achieved a total revenue of 167.39 billion yuan. Through models such as competition-based investment promotion, 1,656 projects have been launched with investments exceeding 400 billion yuan.

In the realm of integrated applications, high-level platforms such as the AI Material Creation Center and the Yangtze River Delta Safety AI Anhui Laboratory have been initiated, with nearly 100 industry models developed and 353 application scenarios opened.

Amidst intense competition both nationally and globally, although Anhui has established certain first-mover advantages in the AI field, a systematic plan is still required to consolidate resources and clarify direction. The introduction of the Action Plan represents a critical step in transforming these "first-mover advantages" into "leadership advantages."

Anhui recognizes that the sustained and healthy development of the AI industry also depends on a vibrant, open, and inclusive industrial ecosystem.

To this end, Anhui will accelerate the cultivation of a cohort of intelligent-native enterprises whose underlying architecture and operational logic are AI-based, thereby fostering new business models rooted in intelligent-native technologies. Simultaneously, it will nurture a group of high-quality one-person companies dedicated to AI technology research, development, and scenario applications, enriching the diversity of players within the industrial ecosystem.
