On the afternoon of September 8th, reporters learned from a press conference held by the Anhui Provincial Government Information Office that since the beginning of this year, the Anhui Federation of Industry and Commerce has proactively reached out to business associations and key private enterprises. Using institutional development as a lever, it launched an initiative titled "Enter Enterprises, Solve Difficulties, Deliver Policies, and Promote Development." As a result, all 16 prefecture-level cities and 104 counties (cities, districts) in the province have established liaison and coordination systems for private enterprises, as well as mechanisms for handling corporate suggestions and problems.

Solid implementation of policy measures to promote the development of the private economy is currently a top priority in these efforts. To ensure precise alignment between policy dissemination and enterprise needs, the Anhui Federation of Industry and Commerce integrated its work with the province's special campaign on "Improving Work Style through Visits to Enterprises and Rural Areas." Adhering to principles of focusing on visiting key enterprises, thoroughly investigating actual situations to resolve problems, boosting confidence in development, and fostering high-quality growth, it has conducted 1,239 "enterprise visitation" activities so far this year. These efforts have not only significantly increased awareness of preferential policies for businesses but also facilitated the resolution of 485 problems faced by companies. 

To empower high-quality growth among private firms, the Anhui Federation of Industry and Commerce targets challenges faced by enterprises by establishing diverse platforms.

Focusing on corporate financing needs, the Anhui Federation of Industry and Commerce organizes bank-enterprise matchmaking events and financial services training programs. It participates in Anhui's coordination mechanism for supporting small and micro enterprise financing, while launching a financial empowerment initiative tailored to innovative and fast-growing private companies. By the end of August, it had facilitated loans totaling ¥29.054 billion from financial institutions, meeting the funding requirements of 2,140 enterprises. Simultaneously, leveraging the Anhui Merchants General Association, it established the Anhui Merchants Industrial Fund with an initial scale of ¥3 billion, primarily investing in science and technology innovation projects led by Anhui enterprises. 

Centering on the innovation needs of enterprises, the Anhui Federation of Industry and Commerce successively organized over 100 small and medium-sized technology enterprises to visit LCFC (Hefei) and Haier's COSMOPlat ("Lighthouse Factory") for observational study tours, aiming to stimulate innovative vitality within private businesses. Concurrently, it arranged for 26 leading private enterprises from the provincial top 100 list to undergo a week-long training program at Shenzhen-based Huawei Corporation. This initiative encourages these high-performing companies in our province to benchmark against world-class enterprises, exploring new development concepts, methodologies, mechanisms, and models.

Addressing enterprises' needs for going global, the Anhui Federation of Industry and Commerce organized the 2025 Anhui Entrepreneurs Convention's "Anhui Entrepreneurs Going Global" Matchmaking Event, along with specialized industrial development linkage sessions focusing on artificial intelligence, new energy, and other sectors. It compiled a supply-demand handbook for these events and released over 300 items of industrial chain supply and demand information on-site. This facilitated face-to-face negotiations between Anhui enterprises that are seeking opportunities abroad and that are having other requirements with some overseas Anhui chambers of commerce, financial institutions, and upstream and downstream companies in the industry chain.

According to reports, the province's private economy currently exhibits strong vitality. Recently, the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce released its latest rankings: 11 enterprises from our province made it onto the Top 500 Chinese Private Enterprises list; 15 onto the Top 500 Manufacturing Private Enterprises list; and 2 onto the Top 100 Service Sector Private Enterprises list.
