On September 7, reporters learned from Xinzhan High-tech Zone that two key industrial park projects developed and constructed by Xincheng Group — the Intelligent Equipment Industrial Park and the Youth Entrepreneurship Park (Flexible Display Components Manufacturing Base) — have officially begun construction. Once implemented, these two projects will expand and upgrade capacity to create new industrial engines, significantly strengthen regional industrial coordination and supporting facilities, and inject new momentum into promoting high-quality economic development.

The Intelligent Equipment Industrial Park project is located at the southeast corner of the intersection of Dayu Road and Zhucheng Road, covering about 151 mu (approximately 10.07 hectares), with a planned total floor area of about 129,000 square meters. The project includes both new construction and renovation, comprising newly built standardized workshops A#, D#, and E#, a power center, and other facilities totaling about 104,000 square meters; existing workshops and dormitory buildings will be renovated, with a renovation area of about 25,000 square meters.

The Youth Entrepreneurship Park project (Flexible Display Components Manufacturing Base) is located north of Dongfang Avenue, east of Hucheng Road, and west of Liuzibei Road, covering a total area of about 116.4 mu (approximately 7.76 hectares), with a planned total floor area of about 97,000 square meters. Centered on supply support for Visionox’s 8.6-generation production line, this project aims to build an upstream and downstream components manufacturing base for flexible displays and establish a new hub for the display industry.

The simultaneous advancement of these two key industrial park projects reflects Xinzhan High-tech Zone’s deep strategic layout in the two leading industries of “intelligent manufacturing” and “new displays.” The Intelligent Equipment Industrial Park emphasizes spatial expansion and functional upgrades, while the Youth Entrepreneurship Park focuses on precise industrial-chain support. Complementing each other, the two projects will continue to improve the regional industrial ecosystem.
