On August 10, 2025, the Anhui division final of the 2025 “Data Elements ×” competition was successfully held.

Since the Anhui division of the 2025 “Data Elements ×” competition launched, it has received wide attention from all sectors of society. Twelve tracks were set up corresponding to the competition’s 12 industry fields; in response to Anhui’s emerging industries, two additional tracks — artificial intelligence and the low-altitude economy — were added. A total of 902 outstanding teams from both within and outside the province registered. After preliminary review and technical verification, 259 teams advanced to the final. A judging panel of 70 well-known scholars, university professors, chief research experts from research institutes, and entrepreneurs formed the judging panel for the competition; each track will award gold, silver and bronze awards, along with several excellence awards.

The Anhui division adhered to the principle of “process as service.” First, in conjunction with initiatives to improve work style and to visit enterprises and villages, the province’s data resource system conducted synchronized visits to participating companies to understand needs face-to-face and practically solve problems. Second, by holding promotion events across all tracks and other activities, organizers explained policies related to data elements and arranged project roadshows and matchmaking. Third, the division took the lead in issuing “data vouchers” to support companies in purchasing data products and third‑party data services. Fourth, the final’s on-site review invited more than 20 funds, banks and other financial institutions to observe and connect, and a third‑party professional service docking area was set up in the competition waiting area to provide specialized services such as data trading, data assetization, and data compliance.

Anhui Province will continue to promote the implementation and commercialization of the competition achievements, offering services in areas such as equity and debt financing, data assetization, public data demand, and high‑quality datasets. During the 2025 World Manufacturing Conference, it will host a matchmaking meeting showcasing innovation achievements from the comprehensive data‑elements pilot zone and new models and scenarios, hold an awards ceremony, release innovation outcomes, conduct project roadshows, build matchmaking platforms, and organize concentrated signings.
