In traditional literary works, the martial arts world has an inseparable bond with peach blossoms. In Dashan Village, Zhoutan Town, located in the suburban area of Tongling City, Anhui Province, peach blossoms also coexist with martial arts. On March 23rd, the "Fifth Peach Blossom Cultural Tourism Festival and Peach Orchard Martial Arts Event" was held here.

"Knowing that Dashan Village is one of the heritage sites for the 'Dongxiang Martial Arts', I didn't expect them to combine martial arts with flower viewing. It's truly impressive," said Mr. Jin, a tourist, after watching the martial arts performance. He expressed that it was a unique experience.

Peach blossoms are the first to bloom in the warm spring, and their bright beauty is something everyone admires. Now is the prime time for viewing peach blossoms, and the atmosphere for enjoying them is especially lively in Dashan Village.

Reporters walked along the mountain path, greeted by a sea of flowers as far as the eye could see. Amidst the peach orchards on both sides of the path, many tourists were busy taking photos.

"My best friends and I, a group of five, drove nearly an hour just to get here, all because we're enchanted by these beautiful flowers," said tourist Zhao Xiujuan. She marveled at how lovely the blossoms were.

During the spring, peach blossoms can be found everywhere, but those in Dashan Village have long been renowned in the surrounding areas. Since the 1990s, Dashan Village has been designated as a Chinese forest ecological network demonstration site. Under expert guidance, Dashan Village has forged its own path in forestry ecological construction and accelerated forestry development.

Today, the forest species composition, ecological environment, and forest coverage rate in Dashan Village have improved and increased. Biodiversity has been effectively protected. It is recognized as "National AA Scenic Area" and "National Ecological Culture Village."

With the rise of "ecological tourism" and "self-guided tours," the number of visitors coming to Dashan Village to enjoy the flowers and scenery has increased year by year. This year, Zhoutan Town has combined traditional martial arts with the flower-viewing economy, aiming to tell new stories.
