Nucleic acid tests can now be booked online

As Spring Festival approaches, the First Affiliated Hospital of USTC (Anhui Provincial Hospital) recently opened its COVID-19 nucleic acid test booking system on its Wechat official account.

With the annual Spring Festival travel rush getting under way, the number of travellers who need nucleic acid test results is increasing rapidly. Recently, the daily number of people who visit the First Affiliated Hospital of USTC for nucleic acid tests reached 3,000, rising about 30% than usual. The hospital has now opened its COVID-19 nucleic acid test booking system on its Wechat official account, which allows followers to make appointments in advance and check their test reports on portable devices.

In order to meet the demands for nucleic acid tests, the hospital has also increased the number of nurses on duty at sampling points and added extra staff members for order maintenance.
