Reporters learned that this project has a total investment of 1.058 billion yuan, with the first phase consisting of the construction of 2GW high-efficiency TOPCon solar cells and 1GW BIPV photovoltaic module production lines. At present, the entire factory building has been capped and will be completed by the end of the month.

The changes in Shuoli Town are also a microcosm of Huaibei City's efforts to promote the upgrading of traditional industries and foster emerging industries.
