Anhui Dawan village drifting becomes a summer tourism hotspot

"We drove for five hours from Zhengzhou to here specifically to experience the drifting. On the afternoon of July 10th, at the dock of the Shili Drifting Project in Dawan Village, Jinzhai County, tourists from both inside and outside the province were putting on life jackets, waiting for a fantastic journey.

The trees on both sides of the Baishui River are dense, and the river water is clear and swift. Under the blue sky and white clouds, tourists are experiencing thrilling drifting while enjoying a happy summer.

The long distance is the highlight of the Dawan Drifting Project. From June to September is the peak season for drifting. Last year, the average daily flow of visitors during the peak season reached 3,000 to 4,000 people.

In 2020, the Shili Drifting Project began trial operation, and during the trial period, it received 10,000 visitors. By 2025, it is expected to receive 80,000 visitors with sales revenue of 9.52 million yuan.
