Recently, the second China Craftsmen Innovation Exchange Conference & China Craftsmen Forum was held in Beijing. Organized by All-China Federation of Trade Union, CPC Beijing Municipal Committee and Beijing Municipal Government, the event aims to actively promote craftsmanship. 
With a strong sense of responsibility and a strong sense of dedication, craftsmen are the cornerstone of enterprises. Ding Yansong from Ankai, together with over 500 craftsmen from all over China attended the conference with their impressive achievements on display. Having engaged in the bus testing for nearly three decades, Ding Yansong has accumulated rich experience and developed exceptional skills, helping Ankai improve the quality of its bus products. In 2014, Ding Yansong Vehicle Experiment Master Workshop was officially established. Ding led his team and made a number of technological breakthroughs. Through the apprenticeship, the workshop has become the incubation base for highly skilled vehicle testing personnel. In 2017, Ding Yansong won the title as Ten Best Craftsmen in JAC. In 2018, he was awarded 538 Outstanding Trained Personnel. This year, Ding was recognized as Anhui Craftsmen. Along with his impressive achievements, Ankai has rolled out a host of exceptional bus products. With advanced technologies and high-quality bus products, Ankai has served the annual NPC and CPPCC sessions for over twenty consecutive years. In addition, it has appeared at a number of high-profile events, including G20 Summit, Bo’ao Forum Asia, Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation, etc. As one of the leading players in China’s bus-making industry, Ankai has always been attaching paramount importance to train skilled workers and develop employees’ professional skills.
