As participants in the 2nd International Huangshan Huizhou Culture Co-Creation Camp, the students learned the traditional art of Huizhou paper-cutting under the guidance of master artisans. By creating the Chinese character “Xiao” (filial piety), they explored the values of respect, gratitude, and family traditions while experiencing the unique charm of Chinese culture. Through this centuries-old intangible cultural heritage, they gained a deeper appreciation of Huizhou culture and its enduring wisdom.
