More Flights from Hefei during Spring Festival Travel Rush

The Anhui branch of China Eastern Airlines plans to operate more flights to ease the Spring Festival travel rush.

From Jan 25 to Feb 20, the airlines will add a flight from Hefei, capital of Anhui province, to Guangzhou, capital of Guangdong province, on a daily basis. Operated by a B73L, the flight departs Guangzhou at 8:30 am and reaches Hefei at 10:35 am. It then leaves Hefei at 12:50 pm and arrives in Guangzhou at 3:10 pm.

From Jan 21 to Feb 28, the airlines will launch another flight from Hefei to Xiamen of Fujian province on a daily basis. Operated by an A320, the flight departs Hefei at 9:00 pm and reached Xiamen at 10:40 pm. The departure time and arrival time for the returned flight are at 11:40 pm and 1:25 am, respectively.

A flight from Hefei to Beijing will also be added on a daily basis. Operated by an A320 between Feb 4 and Feb 14, the flight leaves Hefei at 9:55 am and reaches Beijing at 11:55 am. It returned from Beijing at 1:30 pm and arrives in Hefei at 3:30 pm.

The specific flight information is subject to the civil aviation ticketing system.

The Spring Festival travel rush, also known as Chunyun, will begin on Jan 21 and end on Mar 1 this year.
