Hefei-Bangkok international regular passenger flights resumed

On January 16, Hefei Airport resumed the international passenger route to Bangkok, Thailand, which is also the first regular passenger route to and from Southeast Asian countries resumed by the airport.

The route is operated by Thai Lion Air, with aircraft type 737-900. It is scheduled to fly once a week in the winter flight season. The flight schedule is as follows: Bangkok to Hefei arrives at 16:40, and Hefei to Bangkok departs at 17:40.

Chinese people have always favored tourism in Thailand. The last flight of this route was in February 2020. When the flight resumed on the 16th, there were 193 departing passengers, with a seating rate of more than 90%. The airline plans to adjust the route to daily flights during the summer flight season.

With the adjustment of the new entry policy, Hefei Airport is making every effort to resume other international passenger flights. International and regional routes from Hefei to Nha Trang and Singapore will resume operation in succession.
