The 2nd CCF Quantum Computation Conference and China Quantum Computation Industry Summit, was held in Hefei, China on August 19th. Nearly a hundred quantum computing companies from across the country, along with thousands of experts and scholars, gathered together to explore the prospects of quantum computing technology and industry development. 
The conference, themed 'Fusion of Quantum Computing and Supercomputers to Enhance Computing Power' featured 10 specialized forums, including quantum computing software, hardware, application ecology, production manufacturing, as well as popularization and education, focusing on specific areas and discussing the development of quantum computing from various dimensions. The convening of this conference signifies a new stage of development for China's quantum computing field. Through this event, domestic and international experts and scholars had the opportunity to engage in in-depth exchanges, share the latest research achievements and technical experiences, and enhance mutual understanding and cooperation. With the joint efforts of the government, academia, and enterprises, quantum computing will become a vital force leading technological advancements and making greater contributions to achieving China's goal of becoming a technological powerhouse. Furthermore, the award ceremony of the 2nd CCF 'Sinan Cup' Quantum Computing Programming Challenge was held in parallel on the evening of August 19th. The competition attracted nearly a thousand teams from 13 countries, with over 1,500 participants representing more than 260 universities. In the end, 217 teams (nearly 400 participants) received awards.
