World Conference on Display Industry held in Hefei

The 2021 World Conference on Display Industry kicks off in Hefei, capital of East China’s Anhui province, on June 17, 2021.

The 2021 World Conference on Display Industry kicked off on Thursday in Hefei, capital of East China’s Anhui province.

Co-hosted by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the provincial government, the two-day event includes an opening ceremony, a main forum, six theme forums and an exhibition featuring latest display technology and products.

46 projects worth a total of 26.7 billion yuan ($4.1 billion) were signed at the opening ceremony, covering the complete industrial chain of the display industry.

Around 400 people attended the opening ceremony, including academicians at the Chinese Academy of Engineering and the Chinese Academy of Sciences, well-known experts and scholars, government officials and representatives of leading enterprises.
