The launch site
China successfully launched its self-developed SAR satellite Chaohu-1 at 11:06 am on February 27.The satellite was put into orbit with the normal telemetry parameters,the solar wings and antennas ran well, and the launch mission was a complete success.As an important part of the development planning of aerospace information industry of Anhui Province, Anhui has participated in the whole process of the satellite research and development and contributed a lot.

Satellite Chaohu-1 has the continuous imaging capability of regional multi-point targets, precise orbit determination capability,in-orbit imaging processing and AI processing function.Based on the characteristics of SAR remote sensing satellites to obtain remote sensing images stably all day long,the Chaohu-1 satellite will have a six-hour emergency imaging capability to provide more accurate, efficient and reliable SAR satellite remote sensing data services, creating a reliable space-based commercial SAR force for the national emergency and disaster relief system.
