On December 16, after 485 days of intensive construction, the Huainan City "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" Comprehensive Service Center project undertaken by China Railway Fourth Bureau Construction Company successfully passed the completion acceptance, marking a key step towards the formal operation of the first scientific and technological innovation service center in Huainan, Anhui Province.

The project is located in the High-tech Industrial Park of Huainan City, in the area east of Feishui Avenue and south of Taining Avenue. It is a key scientific and technological innovation "incubation base" in Huainan. The total investment of the project is about 889 million yuan, with a planned land area of 123.94 mu and a total construction area of 167,600 square meters. It will be constructed in two phases.

The second phase of the project was checked and accepted this time. The main construction projects include R&D workshops, training centers, commercial buildings, basement, etc. The planned land area is 97.44 mu, and the total construction area is about 99,000 square meters. Construction started on August 17, 2020. The contract period is 485 days, and the project cost is 246.6 million yuan.

It is reported that this project is the first comprehensive service center that integrates technology research and development workshops, business service centers, and entrepreneurial incubation bases. After the project is completed, it will promote the development of high-tech industries in Huainan, create a new engine for innovation and entrepreneurship, industrial transformation, and high-tech development, and build a platform for the interaction and mutual promotion of enterprises, universities, scientific research institutes and entrepreneurs in the park.
