From October 19 to 20, the 2026 "Innovation Source, Talents Gathering in Jianghuai" Grouped Talent Recruitment Campaign of Anhui Province was held in Shanghai. It introduced Anhui's talent policies and high-quality job openings to students from prestigious universities in Shanghai, recruiting outstanding talents to contribute to the development of a beautiful Anhui.

The delegation visited Fudan University and Shanghai Jiao Tong University successively. At the events, they gave detailed briefings on the recruitment of targeted selected graduates and the introduction policies for postdoctoral researchers. Alumni who serve as selected graduates in Anhui were invited to share their grassroots growth experience and answer questions on-site.

The Shanghai stop brought together 235 employers online and offline, offering more than 7,000 high-quality vacancies. Participating organizations included universities such as Hefei University of Technology and Anhui University, research institutes including the Hefei Institutes of Physical Science of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Deep Space Exploration Laboratory, medical institutions such as the First Affiliated Hospital of USTC (Anhui Provincial Hospital) and the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University, provincial-owned enterprises like Anhui Transportation Holding Group, as well as listed firms and unicorn enterprises including iFLYTEK and CIQTEK. Positions cover key sectors such as sci-tech innovation, advanced manufacturing, healthcare and education, featuring diverse tiers to match the job-hunting needs of students from various majors.

Special sessions have previously been held in Beijing, the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and other regions.
