“We are committed to building a demonstrative intelligent factory for energy‑storage batteries,” said Wang Rongfei, head of operations and management at Trina Storage’s Chuzhou base. The company mainly produces and sells lithium‑ion batteries and integrated energy‑storage systems; it currently operates three lithium‑iron‑phosphate (LFP) cell production lines and two complete energy‑storage product assembly lines.

Notably, leveraging an industrial Internet of Things platform, the factory has achieved data interoperability and intelligent coordination across production, testing, logistics, and other processes, building an integrated digital manufacturing system of “human–machine–system.”

As an industry leader, Trina Storage’s confidence stems from its core capability of “full‑stack in‑house R&D.” The company has built a complete technical ecosystem covering “cell–pack–cabinet–energy storage system–smart operation platform,” and every cell and every system embodies its independently developed technical strength.

“Since establishing operations in Chuzhou, we have not only benefited from a high‑quality business environment but, relying on Chuzhou’s industrial cluster advantages, have rapidly reached full production,” Wang Rongfei said. As of the end of 2025, Trina Storage had formed a global technical network spanning six continents and serving more than 100 countries and regions, with global deliveries exceeding 20 GWh. “Going forward, we will continue to increase R&D investment and drive high‑quality development of advanced photovoltaics and next‑generation energy storage through technological innovation.”
