The 2025 Hefei International New Energy Vehicle (NEV) Exhibition will be held from September 29th to October 5th at the Binhu International Convention and Exhibition Center in Hefei. Reporters learned on September 25th that, aligning with the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day "dual holidays" consumption peak, Hefei will launch a series of events including an all-region auto show and an autumn consumption season campaign to further stimulate consumer spending vitality. The Hefei International New Energy Vehicle (NEV) Exhibition is a key initiative for Hefei City in its efforts to accelerate the development of an internationally competitive new energy vehicle industrial cluster and build a world-class "capital of new energy vehicles." This year's exhibition is jointly hosted by the People's Government of Hefei Municipality, Anhui Provincial Development and Reform Commission (Anhui Auto Office), Anhui Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, Anhui Provincial Department of Commerce, and China Council for the Promotion of International Trade Anhui Committee. Adopting a "1+1+N" format – comprising one main New Energy Vehicle Conference, one New Energy Vehicle Exhibition, and N supporting automotive theme activities – it aims to create a premier industry event integrating automotive trade, technological exchange, investment cooperation, and cultural integration. Focusing on cutting-edge and high-end developments, the 2025 Hefei International New Energy Vehicle (NEV) Exhibition will bring together numerous academicians, experts, and automotive industry leaders. It will feature multiple keynote speeches and parallel sessions concentrating on advanced fields such as intelligent connectivity, AI technology, and supply chains, showcasing the latest products and technologies from the global new energy vehicle industry. Focusing on "attracting investment and talent", the exhibition will organize events including an innovation technology & demand release conference alongside supply chain matchmaking sessions, an aftermarket ecosystem summit, and factory tour activities for automakers. These initiatives aim to foster deep collaboration between leading vehicle manufacturers and component suppliers while securing landing agreements for project intentions from external and foreign-funded enterprises. Simultaneously, over 20 supporting automotive culture and lifestyle themed activities will be held—such as Formula Student competitions, gourmet food festivals featuring time-honored brands, and new energy vehicle parades. They will synergize with events like "Super Wan" and "Hundred Operas Enter Anhui· Starlight Hefei," expanding applications of ticket-based economies, promoting integrated development across commerce, tourism, and culture, and continuously amplifying the exhibition's impact. The main venue is set at Binhu International Convention & Exhibition Center, with county-level branch venues also participating. Five major exhibition zones cover complete vehicles, auto aftermarket services & commercial vehicles, and automotive lifestyle galleries. Booth setup is currently underway. Passenger car brands include 90 mainstream domestic and international names such as Mercedes-Benz, Tesla, NIO, BYD, and Chery Automobile. Additionally, more than 20 exhibitors representing commercial vehicles, RVs, and automotive supply chains will participate. Furthermore, the conference will also introduce CNC machinery and AIGC (Artificial Intelligence Generated Content) technology, featuring two newly manufactured models from Hefei on stage, to create a dynamic stage with profound visual depth.
