On September 10, the 2025 China International Fair for Trade in Services (hereinafter "CIFTIS"), themed "Embrace Intelligent Technologies, Empower Trade in Services," opened in Beijing. Anhui participated for the first time as the guest province and formed a delegation to attend and exhibit.

The Anhui Pavilion is located in Hall 1 of the Shougang Park, covering 252 square meters. Twenty representative enterprises—such as iFlytek, Heyi Aviation, and China Xuan Paper—exhibited together, comprehensively presenting Anhui’s service trade development characterized by technological power and cultural power, and fully demonstrating the province’s innovative efforts and concrete results in promoting high-quality development of service trade.

As the guest province, Anhui focused on key areas such as artificial intelligence, high-end manufacturing, and cultural trade, offering substantial highlights. In the AI track, iFlytek exhibited products including smart sports, smart mental education, and grading machines; Dongchao Technology displayed a 17-inch aerial imaging interactive display. In high-end manufacturing, Heyi Aviation presented the world’s first and only unmanned manned electric vertical take-off and landing aircraft with a full set of three certificates—the type certificate, airworthiness standard certificate, and production license—issued by the Civil Aviation Administration of China. In cultural trade, companies such as Mingde Bamboo & Wood, Fuyang Willow Weaving, and 37 Interactive Entertainment highlighted impressive achievements in taking Anhui culture overseas.

Service trade is an important component of international trade and plays an increasingly significant role in promoting international economic and trade cooperation. In recent years, Anhui’s service trade has targeted the development direction of "high-quality, sustainable, and better-structured" growth, solving problems through innovation and empowering development through openness. It has increasingly become an important engine for foreign trade development, a driving force for deepening opening-up, and a vital force in constructing a new development pattern. In the first half of 2025, Anhui’s service trade totaled 30.64 billion yuan, up 34.4% year-on-year, ranking third nationwide.

Going forward, Anhui Province will take the high-quality development of service trade as its theme and deepen innovation-driven development as its main line. It will fully leverage Hefei’s pilot role as a comprehensive opening-up test area for expanding the services industry, continue to deepen reforms of management systems, vigorously expand openness and cooperation, actively apply to establish national demonstration zones for innovative development in service trade and for digital trade, accelerate the cultivation of new drivers and new advantages, and contribute more "Anhui wisdom" and "Anhui solutions" to the development of the country’s service trade.
