Reporters learned that in the first seven months of 2025, Anhui Province's total import and export value of goods reached 543.41 billion RMB, a year-on-year increase of 14.1%. Among this, exports amounted to 364.73 billion RMB, up 13.8%, while imports totaled 178.68 billion RMB, up 14.8%. During the first seven months, Anhui’s total foreign trade import and export value maintained the number one position in Central China, with growth rate ranking sixth nationwide. Notably, in July, the monthly import and export scale hit a historic high, ranking eighth in the country. In the same period, the European Union was Anhui’s largest trading partner, with a total trade value of 73.75 billion RMB, up 17.3%, accounting for 13.6% of the province’s total foreign trade. ASEAN was the second largest partner, with total trade reaching 73.36 billion RMB, growing 35.7%, making up 13.5%. The United States ranked third, with a total trade value of 48.95 billion RMB, accounting for 9%. During this period, Anhui’s total import and export value with countries involved in the Belt and Road Initiative reached 293.17 billion RMB, an increase of 14.6%, accounting for 53.9%. Additionally, in the first seven months, Anhui exported electromechanical products worth 260.15 billion RMB, up 16.2%, accounting for 71.3% of the province’s total exports. Among these, automobile (including chassis) exports were 58.51 billion RMB, up 18.9%; notebook computer exports totaled 28.03 billion RMB, up 20.6%; and household appliance exports reached 22.26 billion RMB, up 5.8%. In the first seven months, the province’s comprehensive bonded zones recorded a total import and export value of 94.39 billion RMB, up 29.9%. Exports accounted for 56.94 billion RMB, up 19.5%, and imports were 37.45 billion RMB, up 49.7%.
