Recently, at the production workshop of Jinzhai Gotion High-Tech, a batch of lithium batteries, having completed the packaging process, are ready to be shipped overseas. "In March this year, the company put into operation a new energy storage production line," introduced Wang Xiaoxiao, Business Manager at Jinzhai Gotion High-Tech "Our products are mainly exported to Southeast Asian countries like Vietnam, and export orders in the first half of this year have increased by over 100% year-on-year." In recent years, Anhui Province has intensified efforts in technological innovation, continuously upgraded its industrial structure, fostered the growth of emerging industries, and enhanced product competitiveness. Industries represented by the "new trios"—new energy vehicles, lithium batteries, and photovoltaic products—have developed rapidly, becoming new growth points for foreign trade exports. According to statistics from Hefei Customs, in the first half of this year, the province exported "new trios" products worth 37.13 billion yuan, representing a year-on-year increase of 67.8%, accounting for 12% of the province's total export value. Among these, in June alone, exports of these "new trios" reached 7.54 billion yuan, surging by 98.7% year-on-year—the second-highest monthly growth rate in the first half of the year. Behind this accelerated export growth lies the proactive adaptation and pursuit of innovation by foreign trade enterprises, who continuously develop new products and cultivate new competitive advantages. Meanwhile, to ensure rapid customs clearance for lithium batteries, Hefei Customs have established dedicated "green channels" for their export, implemented convenient measures such as "appointment-based inspection" and "immediate release upon passing inspection." Furthermore, Hefei Customs have adopted new models like digital certificate issuance ("cloud issuance") and self-service printing, significantly reducing cargo clearance times to the greatest extent possible. Statistical data shows that in the first half of the year, our province exported lithium-ion rechargeable batteries valued at 12.17 billion yuan, marking a year-on-year increase of 98.5%. Recently, inside the workshop of YinQia Solar, machines roared as workers loaded batches of crystalline silicon solar photovoltaic modules onto transport vehicles. "To meet the expanding demand both domestically and internationally, our company has enhanced product quality control and improvement capabilities, promoted optimization and upgrading of its technological structure, and strived to build a green energy industrial chain. Leveraging our technological advantages, our products are highly favored in international markets such as the Netherlands," introduced Xue Liping, the company's foreign trade manager. The export of "new trios" continues to grow robustly, becoming a new engine driving high-quality development in foreign trade. "We will actively align with the province's industrial development strategy, continuously improve the business environment, persistently optimize regulatory procedures, promote the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries, and support the accelerated 'global expansion' of 'Made in Anhui,'" said a relevant official from Hefei Customs.
