On July 4th, in the presence of distinguished guests including Yerlan Nysanbayev, Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of Kazakhstan; DarhanSatybaldy, Mayor of Almaty; and Asat Abaydikin, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Kazakhstan Industrial Development Fund, the first batch of 50 garbage trucks manufactured by the JAC Kazakhstan joint venture was formally delivered to the Almaty City Government.

“The 50 JAC special-purpose vehicles delivered today are expected to significantly address the demand for urban solid waste transfer and treatment in Almaty, thereby contributing to an improved living environment for residents and supporting the development of a cleaner, more beautiful, livable, and business-friendly green city.” said Darhan Satybaldy, Mayor of Almaty.

Since 2024, the Government of Kazakhstan has been implementing a national development strategy aimed at transitioning to a "green economy," with accelerated product renewal across various sectors including public transportation and urban sanitation. JAC products, distinguished by their superior performance and strong market reputation, have emerged as a leading choice among numerous competing brands, securing the government's procurement contract. This delivery represents the first batch of vehicles under the agreement, with more than 60 remaining units scheduled for phased delivery and deployment in accordance with the implementation plan.

The JAC joint venture will continue to uphold its corporate social responsibility by proactively introducing new products that meet market demands, thereby contributing tangible efforts to the implementation of Kazakhstan's "Bright Path" New Economic Development Strategy.
