Since the beginning of this year, Anhui has focused on key industries and specific sectors, vigorously attracting leading companies in the industry chain and technology-oriented enterprises, actively cultivating new drivers for development, and providing a powerful "engine" for high-quality economic development.  

To promote the clustering of emerging and future industries into chains and the formation of clusters, Anhui has focused on emerging industries such as new energy vehicles, next-generation information technology, artificial intelligence, and future industries such as aerospace information. It has meticulously mapped out industrial chain maps, dynamically improved the 'Attracting Investment and Talent' roadmap and construction plans for industries. By leveraging business networks to attract further investment, Anhui has drawn industry leaders like BYD to establish operations in the region. In the past three years, the province has seen more than 50 manufacturing projects with a total investment of over 5 billion yuan settled each year, achieving a "triple leap" in project quantity, quality, and competence level.    

By attracting and cultivating a number of major projects with strong driving forces, Anhui have promoted the supplementation, extension, and strengthening of industrial chains, effectively promoting the deep integration of technological innovation and industrial innovation.   

Anhui has consistently regarded "Attracting Investment and Talent" as the "frontline field" of economic work. Over the past four years, the province's manufacturing investment has continued to grow at a double-digit rate. From January to May this year, the investment in pharmaceutical manufacturing, information services, computer and office equipment manufacturing, and professional technical services in the province has increased year-on-year by 18.4%, 78.7%, 82.6%, and 51.4%, respectively.  

Anhui leverages its strength in the deep integration of technological and industrial innovation, refining the "Attracting Investment and Talent" mechanism for emerging industries. By accelerating industrial chain extension and value chain upgrading, it has established a modern industrial system anchored by advanced manufacturing, taking the lead in developing new quality productive forces based on local conditions.
