On June 10, 2025, the Artificial Intelligence Sub-Forum of the China Internet Civilization Conference was held in Hefei. The forum, themed “Embracing the New Era of Intelligent Benevolence, Drawing a New Blueprint for Cyber Civilization,” focused on the development trends of artificial intelligence technology, promoting AI technological innovation, industrial development, and empowering applications, injecting strong momentum into the construction of cyber civilization in the new era. 
During the forum, Professor Yang Shanlin from Hefei University of Technology, along with representatives from CCTV, iFlytek, HiDream.ai, Tencent, Xiaohongshu(RedNote), and other sectors of industry, academia, and research, exchanged ideas centered on the forum theme. They actively contributed suggestions on high-quality AI development and safe, reliable, and controllable technological pathways, advancing continuous progress in AI technology R&D, industrial application, and security assurance. 
In the roundtable discussion, experts and scholars from the China Electronics Standardization Institute, University of Science and Technology of China, China University of Political Science and Law, Weibo, Kuaishou(Kwai), and other institutions and platforms, along with enterprise representatives, deeply explored key topics such as AI technology empowerment, standard system construction, and legal and regulatory mechanisms under the theme “AI Technology Development and Security Governance.” The participants reached broad consensus, explored new paths for collaborative governance, and promoted healthy and orderly AI development. At the meeting, the China Cyberspace Security Association, together with relevant units, released the “Safety Guidelines for Providing Generative AI Services to Minors,” guiding the industry to fulfill its main responsibilities and promoting the construction of a minor-friendly AI service system.
