On May 22, the 21st China (Shenzhen) International Cultural Industries Fair kicked off at the Shenzhen International Convention and Exhibition Center. This edition of the fair features 8 main exhibition halls and sets up 52 sub-venues across Shenzhen, collectively creating a rich and diverse cultural display landscape.
Anhui organized 79 enterprises to make a grand appearance, gathering industry leaders and showcasing star products, fully demonstrating the fruitful results and contemporary vibe of innovation. The Anhui Cultural Industry Comprehensive Pavilion is located in Hall 15, covering an area of approximately 1,188 square meters. The pavilion is divided into four sections: the Liuchixiang Creative Real-Scene Exhibition Area, the Cultural and Technological Integration Exhibition Area, the Cultural and Tourism Integration Exhibition Area, and the Historical Classic Industry Inheritance and Innovation Exhibition Area.
As the "barometer of China's cultural industry development," this year's Cultural Industries Fair embraced the world with even greater openness. A total of 6,280 government delegations, cultural institutions, and enterprises participated both online and offline, marking an increase of 265 compared to the previous session. With 305 overseas exhibitors from 65 countries and regions participating both online and offline, the international participation accounts for 20%.
These impressive figures witness the magnificent transformation of the Cultural Industries Fair from "China's premier cultural industry exhibition" to a leading international cultural industry event. Following its debut at the last edition, the world's largest publishing industry event, the Frankfurt Book Fair, returns once again, bringing 100 award-winning publications of the year. Egyptian and Italian exhibitors also make their first appearance with several renowned cultural and creative brands. This year, the expo achieved record highs in three key international metrics: the number of participating countries involved in the Belt and Road Initiative, global partner institutions, and the diversity of exhibits from its expanding international network—clear evidence of its growing global influence.
