Reporters learned from Chery Group that, in March 2025 alone, the company sold 214,770 vehicles, representing a year-on-year increase of 18.3%. In the first quarter, total vehicle sales of Chery reached 620,025 units, up 17.1%, setting a new historical quarterly sales record.

In March, Chery Automobile Co., Ltd. sold 197,614 vehicles, a year-on-year increase of 10.9%. Chery Group sold 62,210 new energy vehicles, marking a significant increase of 125.4%. Exports reached 86,414 vehicles, up 2.7%. During the first quarter of 2025, Chery Automobile's total sales were 590,533 units, an 18.8% increase year-on-year; new energy vehicle sales reached 163,458 units, up 171.8%; and cumulative exports totaled 255,465 vehicles, maintaining its position as the top exporter of Chinese automobiles. As of the end of March, Chery Group had over 16.3 million global automobile users, including more than 4.7 million overseas users.

According to the statistics released by the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers (latest data covering January to February, 2025), Chery continues to lead in the export volume among Chinese automotive manufacturers. On March 3, the one millionth Tiggo 5X was exported, making it Chery's second model to surpass one million exports after the Tiggo 7.

Additionally, following the “Night of Intelligence” event held in March, Chery Group plans to host a “Night of Hybrid” in April to unveil its latest hybrid strategy and a series of technological achievements, contributing Chery's solutions to the global ESG initiatives and the high-quality realization of the "dual carbon" goals.
