The "First Stop for Entrepreneurship Mentoring" service brand is based on the market regulation function and integrates various advantageous resources to establish a "1+3+N" work system. That is to say, with the market regulators as the main body, a service team consisting of multiple projects is formed. Relying on three carriers, namely the "Entrepreneurship Salon", "Entrepreneurship Mentoring Studio" and "Customized Service Mentoring Station for Enterprises", activities such as entrepreneurship mentoring meetings, "one-stop" services and personalized customized services are carried out. Focusing on the needs of market entry, policies, markets and financing, etc., "N" service guarantee mechanisms are created for entrepreneurs.

A relevant person in charge of the Market Supervision Administration of Chizhou City introduced that the market supervision department undertakes the function of business entity registration and is the "first stop" for market access, as well as the "first person" to meet with entrepreneurs, providing direct services to the vast number of business entities. At present, the bureau has appointed the first batch of 6 entrepreneurship mentoring experts and 9 entrepreneurship mentoring commissioners. Next, around building the service brand of "First Stop for Entrepreneurship Mentoring", a "Main Entrepreneurship Salon" will be set up in the municipal government service center, and "Sub-salons for Entrepreneurship" will be established in various counties and districts. By taking advantage of the concentration of government services, support will be provided for innovators and entrepreneurs. Focusing on six provincial-level development zones, professional entrepreneurship mentoring studios will be built to provide "one-stop" services. Centering on key fields such as the nine major emerging industries, "one enterprise, one policy" personalized services will be carried out.
